Bosafety Serbia operates the local catalogue at bosafety.rs. For questions about your data, write to office@bosafety.rs.
2. Product inquiries
You can browse without a customer account. When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, email, optional phone and message, selected product and variant, requested size, quantity, form language and the time you acknowledged this notice. We use these data to answer your request and take steps before a possible contract. Access is restricted to authorized administrators.
Notifications go to office@bosafety.rs. Product names, colours and field labels are provided in the local language and English. Your freely written message and contact information remain unchanged. We do not send your message to an automatic translation service or subscribe you to marketing.
3. Hosting and email
The dedicated application, database and email transport are hosted with Neoserv. Necessary service providers process data for site operation and security. We do not forward your inquiries to the manufacturer.
4. Essential cookies
The bosafety_session cookie supports secure forms, login and prevention of duplicate submissions. XSRF-TOKEN supports request protection. Sessions expire after 120 minutes; session data is stored in the application's own database. Each domain has a separate host-only session.
5. Optional videos
External YouTube players load only after permission in cookie settings. Your choice is stored in bosafety_consent for 180 days. Change or withdraw it in the footer; withdrawal removes external players. YouTube may process browser and network data under its own terms. Locally hosted media do not require permission for external videos.
6. Logs and security
For operation and security, the server may record IP addresses, request times, paths, response status and browser information. The catalogue is public; editing and inquiry data require authorized access. Source archives, configuration and database backups are kept outside the public directory.
7. Retention and rights
We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purpose and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or to object where applicable. You may contact the competent personal data protection authority. This site does not make automated decisions about you.
